AMF Tire, Inc. has been in business in Boca Raton since 1985, and has built a great reputation in the community for honest, quality auto service, and tires.
We offer complete service for most cars foreign and domestic including oil changes, scheduled maintenance, tires, wheel alignment, wheel balancing (including high speed on the car balancing), fuel system cleaning, brakes, tune ups, suspension, batteries, diagnostic work, and most other services.
The owners of AMF Tire are Frank Ward and Steve Mandarano. We are right here in the office to see to it that all work is done properly and that we treat people the way we would want to be treated. We do very little advertising, so in order to be around this long we have to offer better service than the others, and that is exactly what we do. Most of our customers are sent to us by word of mouth, because they know that everyone at AMF receives the proper repair at a fair price. We will never sell you anything you don’t need. In these difficult financial times, it is more important than ever that you avoid getting ripped off.
Our employees are not on commission, and we are not open weekends, so that we can spend time with our families. If this is the type of business you would like to deal with, we hope you will choose AMF Tire.
Looking for high-speed on-the-car balancing? We're one of the few places to offer this service!
AMF Tire, Inc. was formed in 1985 by Dave Azzarello, Steve Mandarano, and Frank Ward, all of whom worked together at Boggy”s Tire Town in Boca Raton from 1980 to 1985. Upon the announcement of the sale of Boggy’s, Dave, Steve, and Frank formed AMF Tire, Inc. Frank and Steve worked together at J.C. Penny in the Pompano fashion square, and played in a band together as well. Dave was in charge of commercial tire work, and left in 1988 to pursue that end of the business on his own, forming D.J. Tire Co. Dave passed away in 2006.
Today, we perform most types of services on most types of cars, including all U.S. and Japanese makes. We offer tires, wheel balance, alignment, batteries, alternators, starters, brakes, suspension, cooling systems, tune up and ignition systems, fuel systems, general repairs, and scheduled maintenance (30,000 60,000 and 90,000 miles) timing belts, and of course oil changes.
